Dr. Basha has been practicing for 12 years, and he has been in private practice in the Charleston area for over 10 years. He lives on the Isle of Palms with his wife Kathryn and their sons Ian and Thomas.

Dr. Basha earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from University of Maryland in 1996. Prior to studying at the University of Maryland, he earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and Syracuse University.

After receiving his DDS degree he completed a General Practice Residency (GPR) program at the VA Medical Center in Charleston, SC before entering private practice as a solo practitioner. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Basha keeps up to date on the many advances in dental treatment through continuing educational classes and study clubs, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

Dr. Basha is active in the community with many affiliations including volunteering his services at the East Cooper Community Outreach (ECCO) to provide dental care for some of our less fortunate neighbors.
